jita baji Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using the jita baji website at jita-baji.com, registering a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet on any game or sports market offered through the jita baji platform, you — the user — confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and jita baji.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jita baji platform and close any existing account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. jita baji strongly encourages all players to review this document periodically to remain informed of their current obligations and rights.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by jita baji, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, sports betting markets, arcade-style games, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and any customer support interactions. By using any one of these services, you are subject to the full terms set out in this document as well as any supplementary terms published in connection with specific promotions or product categories.

To register an account and use the jita baji platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jita baji enforces a strict 18+ age policy with no exceptions. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on this platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into gambling agreements, you may not use jita baji.

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. jita baji reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any time to verify the information provided.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion agreement with jita baji or any other gambling platform that applies to your use of this service. Attempting to register or play during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these terms.

jita baji conducts age verification checks at registration and prior to processing a player's first withdrawal. Verification is conducted using National ID documentation, passport, or other government-issued proof of age acceptable to jita baji's compliance team. Any account where age verification fails or is not completed within the required timeframe will be suspended until verification is successfully concluded.

Registering a jita baji account is free of charge. To complete registration, you must provide a valid email address or mobile phone number, choose a secure password, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the jita baji Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is truthful and accurate.

Once registered, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any security PINs or codes associated with your account. jita baji strongly recommends choosing a unique, complex password not used on any other service, and enabling SMS two-factor authentication from your account security settings.

You must notify jita baji's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. jita baji will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to exercise reasonable care over their credentials or failed to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. Your jita baji account is personal to you and may only be used by you.
• Account transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jita baji account or any balance held within it to any other person.
• Account verification: jita baji may request identity, address, and payment-method verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, during a security review, or as part of ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Name consistency: The name on your jita baji account must match the name associated with your registered payment method (e.g., your bKash or Nagad mobile wallet). Payments to accounts where the names do not match may be refused or reversed pending investigation.

jita baji supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved local bank transfer options. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Current supported payment methods are always displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at jita baji is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jita baji at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your jita baji account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event of a delay, jita baji's support team is available 24/7 to investigate and resolve the issue.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes for standard mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one to three business days depending on your banking institution. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to jita baji's anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention policies.

• Verification before withdrawal: First-time withdrawals require successful completion of the jita baji KYC verification process. Players must submit a valid National ID and a screenshot confirming ownership of the registered payment method before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal to third parties: Withdrawals to a payment method not registered to the account holder's verified name are not permitted under any circumstances. jita baji does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets, bank accounts, or payment instruments.
• Currency: All transactions on jita baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is applied at the platform level.
• Fees: jita baji does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own service fees. jita baji is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
• Refunds: Once a deposit has been credited and wagering activity has commenced, deposits are non-refundable except in circumstances of platform error or fraud, which jita baji will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

jita baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotional page and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Wagering requirements: Most bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real-money balance. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotional page. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be voided along with any associated winnings.

• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms, only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time. Claiming a second bonus while one is already active may result in the earlier bonus being voided.

• Abuse: jita baji reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel withdrawals derived from bonus funds, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using arbitrage strategies to guarantee winnings from bonus funds, or exploiting promotion structures in ways not consistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Maximum bonus withdrawal: Unless otherwise stated, a maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonus offers. This cap is always stated in the specific promotion's terms and is enforced at the time of withdrawal processing.
• Changes to promotions: jita baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions via their account dashboard where practicably possible.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jita baji platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Multiple accounts: Opening or maintaining more than one registered account, whether under your own identity or any other identity, for any purpose.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino games, or any tournament format.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, artificial intelligence assistants designed to play games autonomously, or any other software that interacts with the platform on a player's behalf without jita baji's prior written authorisation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving services or bonuses from jita baji. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate account closure and legal action where appropriate.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access parts of the platform not intended for your use, exploiting software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineering game mechanics, or interfering with the platform's infrastructure in any way.
• Money laundering: Using the jita baji platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity. All suspected money laundering activity is reported to the appropriate authorities.

jita baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling or identity impersonation.
• Receipt of a verified chargeback request from a payment provider.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to dormant account terms.

Voluntary closure: Players may request the permanent closure of their jita baji account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Dormant account policy: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. jita baji may apply a dormancy maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, as permitted by applicable law. The account holder will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence. Fees will not reduce the balance below zero.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jita baji — including its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and game providers — shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jita baji platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses sustained through gambling activity on the platform.
• Loss of data, account access, or game progress due to technical failures, server outages, or network interruptions beyond jita baji's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software defects in third-party game provider titles. In the event of a verifiable software error affecting a game outcome, jita baji's liability is limited to the return of the affected stake amount.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay network outages.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any action taken by jita baji in good faith to comply with applicable law, including the suspension or closure of an account under regulatory instruction.

jita baji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any game, service, or content offered through the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jita baji does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times, though it commits to taking all reasonable steps to maintain platform quality and security.

Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions must first be referred to jita baji's customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within ten business days. If the matter remains unresolved, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels. These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.

Amendments: jita baji reserves the right to amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these terms is always published at jita-baji.com/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform immediately.
